What is NoxuData?

NoxuData is the AI Category Manager built for CPG brands and brokers. You can use our platform to get insights from your data in seconds without having to wait for a data team.

Do I need to be technical or be a data expert?

No! Our platform is tailored for both power-users who are more data-savvy and business-facing teams who are less hands-on with data

Which large language models do you use?

We leverage models from various model vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) as well as our proprietary CPG model which has been trained on industry-specific data and analyses

How do you integrate with my data sources?

We offer multiple options to integrate your data, including plugging into your data warehouse if you have, or directly into your data sources and allowing CSV uploads

How secure is my data and how is it stored?

We ensure end-to-end encryption of user data. We have established Data Processor Agreements (DPA) with our LLM providers to ensure that data from our platform is not used or stored for training purposes

How long does it take to get answers from NoxuData?

Each message you send to Noxu will take a few seconds to generate. For more complex analyses / queries, the platform may take up to a minute

What data do I have access to?

Our platforms empowers you to scan through business data that you already have access to. This includes internal data (e.g., financial data, sales data) as well as external datasets that you’ve purchased.

What kind of questions can I ask to Noxu?

You can ask questions pertaining to the data that you have access to through the platform. For example, Noxu can find specific data points for you or perform calculations on multiple metrics that you track. Asking clear, specific questions will help Noxu get you the right answer.

Is my data being trained on?

We do not train on the data that you link or upload to our platform, and we do not send this data to our large language model (LLM) providers. We train on the questions that you ask and the corresponding queries that are generated, not the data itself.

How do I know the answer being generated is right?

Every query Noxu generates is scored in terms of confidence; at any point, you can call for human help to get a real person who can verify that the query and answer you’re receiving is correct.

How up-to-date is my data?

For datasets that you’ve linked to the platform, we refresh the data hourly (or at the highest frequency the data providers offer, if it’s over an hour). You can see when each data source has been last updated, and you can contact us if you need more real-time updates.

What kind of data can I upload to NoxuData?

The Noxu platform currently supports structured data (e.g., datasets that come in a table format). We currently do not support unstructured data (e.g., documents, PDFs, etc.) due to the high risk of hallucination.

Is there a chance that NoxuData will hallucinate or make up data?

While the query generated by Noxu may be incorrect, Noxu will never make up data that doesn’t exist. If there is an error, Noxu will tell you there is an error and try to guide you through it.
